Submitting Artwork:
When submitting digital art for custom imprinting, please provide files as eps, ai, pdf, psd, jpeg or tiff with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi. No Microsoft files, please. Art may be sent to us via cd or e-mailed to:
cservice@designwayproducts.com.

If you do not have digital art, camera ready art can be used as well. Camera ready artwork is very clear, laser printed in black with at least 600 dpi resolution on a good quality white paper.

Photocopies and faxes do not qualify as camera ready art and will require a touch up fee. Art touch up fees start at $40.00 per hour.

Lead Times:
Providing the customer is in good credit standing, and the purchase order with complete specifications has been received and accepted, production will begin once the art has been developed into the desired format. Production time varies, but should be no longer than 10-15 days after the order has been received and any samples have been approved.
DesignWay will make every effort to meet the customer’s in hands date.

Final price will be determined when order and art have been received. One time die charge of $30.00 for a metal die or $80.00 for a rubber die. Whether a rubber die is used or a metal die is used depends entirely on the art. We are not equipped to imprint on erasers, but they may be purchased for imprinting. There is a 5 gross minimum purchase on pencils.
